Non-Redeemable: All packs are non-redeemable for cash, discount, or rebate.
Non-Interchangeable: Packs cannot be exchanged or substituted for other items or services.
Plan Specific: Specifications, dimensions, and locations of fixtures and fittings are specific to the provided plans. No refunds, discounts, or rebates will be offered for adjustments made between floorplans.
Amendments: DBN HOMES PTY LTD reserves the right to amend floorplans, specifications and prices without notice.
Substitutions: DBN HOMES PTY LTD reserves the right to substitute the make, model, or type of any of the listed products to maintain the quality and product development of its homes.
Limited Warranty: DBN HOMES PTY LTD offers a limited warranty workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors. Material and Product Warranties are as per the supplier/manufacturer warranty terms.
No Implied Warranties: Except as expressly stated in these terms, DBN HOMES PTY LTD disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Maximum Liability: DBN HOMES PTY LTD’s maximum liability for any claims arising out of or related to the sale or use of the products will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific pack.
No Consequential Damages: DBN HOMES PTY LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, use, or inability to use the products.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
Maintenance: The customer is responsible for the regular maintenance and upkeep of the installed products to ensure their longevity and proper functioning.
Site Preparation: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is prepared and free from obstructions. Additional charges may apply if DBN HOMES PTY LTD needs to perform site preparation.
Access Requirements: The customer must provide adequate access to the property and installation site. DBN HOMES PTY LTD will not be responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from inadequate access.
Regulatory Changes: If any changes in law or building regulations affect the availability, installation, or compliance of the products, DBN HOMES PTY LTD reserves the right to make necessary adjustments or substitutions to ensure compliance.
Force Majeure: DBN HOMES PTY LTD will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, natural disasters, labour strikes, supply chain disruptions, and changes in law or regulations.

Kitchen Pack

Fixed Site Costs are based on Level 1 Compaction Report being provided for the nominated lot (no older than 24 months old) & survey of land matching land engineering submitted at Fixed Site Cost application. Excludes contaminated soil, screw piles, retaining walls agricultural drains, silt pits, modification of house foundations & house design to accommodate existing retaining walls, location of easement services, potential tree related foundation issues, accommodate excavation works and installation of future pools by owners after settlement.
