Subject to developer and council approval. For blocks without available engineering, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA Contract signing. Pricing is based on the provided estimated title date and can be fixed for up to 18 months from the date of the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and payment of the initial deposit. There may be extra fees for an extended price lock past 18 months.
