Your upfront price includes:

• Upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans*

• Your chosen facade and floorplan design options

• Developer guidelines and Council costs

• Any upgrades you choose within the home

• Full Turnkey Package: ready to move in!

• 100% fixed site and build cost: upfront guarantee!

• Allowance to provide up to Engineered ‘P’ Class Slab as required. Slab classification to be determined by soil testing (organised by DBN Homes) which is undertaken around lot settlement.

• Overall slab depth 400mm

• Laser level roof battens to entry/hallway, kitchen & family room/lounge.

• Fixed Price is inclusive of:

Site fall, retaining walls, AG pipes, drains and slit pits as required
Rock removal, bored piers and screw piles as required
1x re-establishment survey
Utility connection and usage charges for the time of construction. After handover, utility services will be transferred into the lot owners’ names.

*We commit to providing upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans and Plan of Subdivision; standard floor plan with preferred siting (without alterations) DBN Homes recommended Building Surveyor and residential zoning. Subject to developer and council approval. For blocks without available engineering, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA Contract signing. Pricing is based on the provided estimated title date and can be fixed for up to 18 months from the date of the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and payment of the initial deposit. There may be extra fees for an extended price lock past 18 months.
